Tomato Basil Cheese Puffs –Appetizer

  1. 1/2 cup butter, softened
  2. 1 cup loosely packed, shredded mozzarella cheese
  3. 1 cup loosely packed, shredded provolone cheese
  4. 1 cup  Flour
  5. 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/4 teaspooon ground black pepper
  8. 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
  9. 3 tablespoons finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and cheeses, mixing well. Add flour, basil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Pat sun-dried tomatoes dry with a paper towel. Add tomatoes to dough, stirring well.
  4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
