- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup loosely packed, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup loosely packed, shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspooon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground paprika
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine butter and cheeses, mixing well. Add flour, basil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pat sun-dried tomatoes dry with a paper towel. Add tomatoes to dough, stirring well.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
