Even though my father was a good teacher, I feel you don’t really actually learn anything well until you do it yourself. Till this day, whenever I drive on a certain road, I can hear my father’s good driving advice.

I will always remember buying my first new car. I loved it and I took such good care of it. Tons of pictures are in my albums and I reminisce about the old days. Buying a car was alot different back then. My first car was used and not till much later did I purchased a brand new one.

Buying my first car wasn’t a great experience. The salesman was quite pushy. At the time, I didn’t know much about purchasing automobiles. Now, I realize I paid much more than it was worth. It was; however, a good car for me while it lasted.

Purchasing your first car should be pleasant. Insist on going to a dealership you can trust. Ask family and friends who they may recommend. Get educated on all the safety features that are available. When you are ready to make your purchase, get all your questions answered. Make sure you are not pressured. Buying an automobile is an investment and you don’t want to have buyer’s remorse.

2. if they have good ratings on the highest possible-in front crash tests

3. if they have good ratings on in the side and rear crash tests

Do –

4. they offer electronic stability control?

5. they have traction control?

6. they have Anti-lock brakes?

7. they have active head restraints for the front seats and child-safety locks.

8. they have front, side and side curtain airbags for both rows?

9. they have an optional backup camera and daytime running lights

10. they have latch connectors in the back seat that are easy to locate and to use?
